Our patented layer head provides size and price advantages by simplifying fundamental case layer build and case layer set down functions, and the simple four-corner lift system eliminates the expense and complexity of handling cantilevered loads. The conveyor case infeed system includes case metering and case turning.

What makes TopTier Superior?
 |
Simplified Layer
Building
Palletisers typically build layers on an apron. TopTier palletisers simplify the layer apron using our patented layer head with flexible apron. This innovation makes TopTier
palletisers compact, simple, and easy to maintain.

Simplified Lift
Traditional palletisers use lift systems to raise entire pallets in High Product Infeed systems or, in Low Product Infeed systems, move a heavy layer to the pallet. Use of large drives to move complex devices is a common disadvantage.
 |
Our palletisers simplify this process. TopTier High Product Infeed models lower the layer head to the pallet. The pallet remains stationary as layers are added. TopTier Low Product Infeed models raise or lower the row build conveyor to meet the layer head.

How
palletisers stack up |

"The buying experience was easiest I have had with any
vendor. 16,000 cases were run through four machines at the
TopTier facility prior to shipment, and we had zero startup
curve. The machine actually exceeded my admittedly large
expectations because there are so many features built into
the palletizer as standard. Operation is phenomenal. Support
is phenomenal."
Toby Duff, STERIS Corporation
"This
is the best machine I have ever bought. In two years of
continuous operation I haven't had a single issue, with zero
maintenance. The palletizer changes patterns with a couple
button strokes, and we're off and running."
John Welch, Metrex Research Corporation
