TopTier palletizers are smaller, simpler, and less
expensive than traditional palletizing solutions. Our
palletizers were conceived as a cost-effective alternative to
manual palletizing. Through continuing innovation, we have
become the preferred pallet loading solution.
MODELS
Low Product Infeed
- Standard Speed 2:22
Low-Infeed models directly replace manual palletizing
operations by occupying the current space of manual operations
and without raising the level of existing conveyors.
High Product Infeed

High-Infeed models are used when existing infeed conveyor is
above the finished pallet load. Use High-Infeed models when
integrating into new overhead lines or when replacing legacy
palletizers.

Pre-Build 2:44
This High-Infeed model is the fastest TopTier palletizer yet.
Layers are pre-built on the stationary layer head and
delivered to the pallet on the transfer head.
FEATURES
Case Turning1:23
Nearly all palletizing operations require each case or bundle be
presented for layer building in the proper orientation. Palletizers
are equipped with the most efficient turning method for your
application. Typical methods are right-angle turn, bump turn, and
lift-and-rotate.
OPTIONS
Concurrent Stretch Wrap1:26
Stretch wrapper fits within the same compact machine
footprint. Integration of stretch wrapper does not impact
throughput rates.
Pallet Conveyor1:23
Loaded pallet exit conveyors are available for installation in conjunction
with automated pallet dispenser or as through conveyor for
semi-automatic empty pallet loading.
Pallet Dispenser1:08
Empty pallets are automatically inserted into palletizer after fully
loaded pallet exits unit. Dispenser capacity is 12 pallets.
Requires Pallet Conveyor.
Tie Sheet Insertion1:42
Tie sheets are automatically inserted below bottom layer or
between layers to stabilize load.
SYSTEMS
Common Stretch Wrap1:08
Multiple line systems with dedicated palletizers often share a
common stretch wrapper for maximum efficiency at the lowest
cost.
Shuttle Cart:50
Shuttle cart transport of loaded pallets can offer greater
flexibility and higher throughput rates than traditional
pallet conveyor.
