As one of the international leaders in the production of high-quality, sustainable meat, the Danish group continues to trust Robopac in building a sustainable future for its food business, in which it aims to become an increasingly important global player.
The partnership with Robopac dates back to 2010, when the first Prasmatic TC Combi went into operation at the Vejle plant. The machine proved to be efficient and in line with the needs of Danish Crown, which also appreciated the after-sales service provided by Robopac.
For this reason, when the group felt the need to replace an old machine from a competitor and was not satisfied with the service provided by that manufacturer, it decided to contact Robopac to repeat the 2010 experience. Hence the decision to purchase 2 new Prasmatic TC600 Combi, whose FAT and subsequent installation was perfect, almost plug&play.
In particular, the customer appreciated the flexibility of these new lines, which they did not have before, both in terms of format and type of packaging, as the two Prasmatic TC600 Combi can process square cans and round cans of various grams in different formats: film only, tray and wraparound film and cardboard.
This confirms the extreme flexibility of Robopac's solutions and their reliability in terms of technology and service.
