We appreciate the widespread interest and support from all visitors and guests.
Visitors were very positive about TopTier’s continued focus on safety with controlled entry and gravity hazard mitigation through redundant monitored dual safety latch system. We also received quite a bit of positive feedback on the implementation of Positive Product Positioning throughout the infeed and the fact that pattern changes are made through the HMI without any mechanical adjustments. The modular design allows for many different standard layout options. By integrating concurrent stretch wrapping into the palletizer we are able to maximize layout flexibility while retaining the most compact footprint available. Our automatic film break recovery essentially eliminates downtime due to stretch film breakage.
