TopTier has been informed by Allen Bradley that the complete line of PowerFlex 4, PowerFlex 40 and PowerFlex 40P variable frequency drives will be made obsolete October 2024. As a result, TopTier will no longer be able to guarantee the availability of replacement components.
In most cases, updating these components will require retrofitting the existing machine with a new controls package using PowerFlex 525 and PowerFlex 755 variable frequency drives. Changes to the machine programming code will also be required.

Each machine update will be unique and require custom engineering, so machine upgrades should be planned well in advance. We highly recommend contacting TopTier for a quotation as soon as possible.
