To support the launch of its new dairy production facility, Suntado needed an end-of-line automation solution capable of keeping pace with six high-speed filling lines while maximizing efficiency, reliability, and floor space utilization.

Working alongside Robopac USA during the facility design phase, TopTier Palletizing Solutions helped design and implement a fully integrated end-of-line system tailored to Suntado's production requirements. From initial planning through startup, the project focused on delivering a solution that could support both current production demands and future growth.

Suntado's production goals required an end-of-line system that could keep pace with six high-speed dairy filling lines without disrupting operational flow.

This approach helps improve pallet stability while enhancing safety, reducing floor space requirements, and streamlining material handling operations.

Robopac USA complemented the system with Prasmatic TCS 310W wrap-around case packers featuring an ergonomic design, compact footprint, continuous blanks magazine, and stainless-steel options suited for dairy and food-grade applications.

TopTier's involvement extended beyond supplying equipment. The team participated throughout the project, supporting system design, project management, installation, and startup to help ensure seamless integration across the entire end-of-line operation.

Following implementation, Suntado has continued to meet its expectations for end-of-line performance while supporting its high-speed production objectives.
